9-11-01

9/11/01 was one of the worst days for New York and America in US history. Hijackers took over planes crashing one into the pentagon and two into the two world trade centers in New York. The most disturbing part were the buildings on fire as people made the decision to burn up and die or jump out the window to there death. Thousands of people died that day all because the president didnt take the terrorist threats serious. They didnt have evacuation plans so they could excape the burning buildings. People tried to go to the roof to evacuate but the roof doors were locked trapping the people going up. I believe 911 could have been prevented if everyone had did there job and knew how to do it right. With the new procedures they put in place nobody should have to go through what happened on 911 again.
