Is Barbie A Bad Influence?

In todays world Adults think Barbie is a bad influence on there daughters. Why ? Im not sure, But in my opinion i dont think barbie is a bad influence. Im gonna give you some reasons and quote from adults that explain there reasoning for saying barbie is a bad influence. Many Moms argue the fact that the size of barbies waist isnt and average womens size and that barbie is anorexic,but really she is just a doll made for kids to play with not to just sit there and look outside of the box at all the flaw of a doll that cant be changed after its already out into the world if the kids love the dolls and there not saying anything to want and change themselves then the parents shouldnt be worried. "Several Circle of Moms members vehemently argued that Barbie's unrealistic body proportions make her an indisputably bad influence on young children. As Julianne M., mom to one daughter, explained, "A doll with huge breasts is not appropriate for a little girl to play with, especially since Barbie has a tiny waist and thin hips. It teaches young girls to have unrealistic expectations of their own bodies. When they are older, they may have low self-esteem because of it." None of this should matter at all and there actually criticing someone elses work, which could probably hurt the creator of barbie.
